This morning we were not allone out there. In this case we
were escorted by some dolphins
Little Trevally. One might think these fish are too tiny to be worth the time.....
...but if you look at the bend, they put into a ten weight rod!!
After a while we started looking for bigger pray - and found it! Here it is a
skipjack
And this is how it looks when fish "rise" in the ocean. When it comes to presentation, speed is
more important here, rather than accuracy.
Here I am testing my twelve weight on a yellowfin. I am glad to know that in case of rod damage, there is warranty replacement.
But the gear lasts. A little yellowfin tuna lands in the boat - and later on the dining table - I have to confess
that they are just toooo delicious to be released.
